If this course is cancelled by Cleveland CPCU or you cancel before the close of registration outlined on the invitation, we will refund your full fees within 45 days of the event. All fees will be forfeited if you cancel after registration is closed or fail to attend the event.

Mr Strang focuses his practice on defending insurance companies for breach of contract and bad faith claims, lawyers against claims alleging legal malpractice, and municipal entities and law enforcement professionals in personal injury and section 1983 civil rights claims.
Mr Rezie is a civil defense attorney with over fifteen years of experience in insurance defense, class action defense, professional liability, complex civil litigation, and appellate practice at both the state and federal level with a focus on complex civil litigation, including defending and prosecuting complex civil litigation and class actions, and defending insurance carriers against claims alleging bad faith, unfair claims practices, and breach of contract.
