The Finance Department in the College of Business is pleased to welcome Rich Johanson, Senior Manager of Risk Management, for General Dynamics Corporation on Tuesday, November 5^th from 1:30 to 3:00 pm. From Gulfstream business jets and combat vehicles to nuclear-powered submarines and communications systems, General Dynamics is a global aerospace and defense company.   Rich will present a discussion on the “Perspectives in Risk Management in the Government Contracting Industry” in the Goodyear Classroom, Room 286 in the College of Business on The University of Akron Campus.  Rich’s visit is Sponsored by the Risk Manager in Residence Grant from the Spencer Educational Foundation and hosted by the Gamma Beta Chapter of Gamma Iota Sigma, The International Fraternity of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science Students.  This program is also a part of the Berg Speaker Series.  All those interested in learning more about this topic are welcome.
