Ethical Standards for Ohio Insurance Agents

This two hour program will discuss legal framework for ethical standards in Ohio while drawing from disciplinary actions taken against Ohio agents in 2017 and 2019.  It will also cover the legal duty to report lapses in ethics and the penalties available for such lapses.

CPCU Members, Candidates & Non-Members = $10

IBNO Members = No Charge

  

Breakfast Cost:

Cleveland CPCU or IBNO Members = No Charge

CPCU Candidates = $10

Non-Members = $28

 

*Breakfast registration is required in order to attend the CE portion of the program.

 

If this course is cancelled by Cleveland CPCU or you cancel before the close of registration outlined on the invitation, we will refund your full fees within 45 days of the event.   All fees will be forfeited if you cancel after registration is closed or fail to attend the event.
