In this class, participants will learn basic construction techniques and how to identify the difference between Storm Damage, Construction Defect, Product Failure and Maintenance Issues. Helping your clients identify the cause of their damage gives you a chance to set reasonable expectations and guide them through the process.

Join us as we learn how claims adjusters identify storm damage. You might even learn some tips you can share to prevent losses since prevention is part of any good insurance program!
