Refund Policy: If this event is cancelled by Cleveland CPCU or you cancel before the close of registration outlined on the invitation, we will refund your full fees within 45 days of the event. All fees will be forfeited if you cancel after registration is closed or are a no show the day of the event.

Sharon Koches is an experienced Vice President of Insurance Operations with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry. She is skilled in Property & Casualty Insurance, Insurance Education and Training, Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Satisfaction. She is a graduate of Capella University and holds her CPCU, RPLU, AAI, AU, and ITP insurance designations.
