Description: This one hour presentation will review fraud statistics, how fraud is revealed and the actions taken with regards to the insurance industry. The presentation will cover examples of fraud and trends in fraud schemes. At the end of the hour, the insurance professional should have a general knowledge of changes pertaining to fraud in the insurance industry and the role of the Special Investigation team.
